Today we are presenting a pair of Antique Marx & Gutherz Austria Oyster Plates. We will do $55 each. White with gold trim. Marked "Marx & Gutherz Carlsbad- Austria". Almost 8-1/2" diameter. In the Victorian era, between 1810 and 1870, US and European hostesses took serving oysters on the half shell to a whole new level.
